This service provides a non-medical holistic care, companionship, practical support and/or respite service for those needing assistance to remain in the comfort and familiarity of where they call home. Heartbridge Elder Companion Services can be an invaluable asset to the family members who don’t have adequate time to check in, care for their loved ones or are not located in Southwest Florida. We accomodate to your unique needs, making sure your loved one remains safe and living life to the fullest.

Elder Companion Doula Services and Palliative Care…

• Alzheimer‘s and Dementia care 
• Companionship/emotional support
• Spiritual care 
• Surgery/illness recovery 
• Respite care
• Logistical support (errands, light house keeping, accompany/advocate at appointments, social activities, pet care, etc)
• Daily or weekly check-in
• Pet therapy
• Medication reminders 
• Safety supervision
• Transition support ~ moving to a nearby home or facility?

The hourly rate for service is $30 (based on location, travel fees may apply). There is a two hour minimum on all services.  Packages may also be purchased at a discount.
